Fiftyfold Guides is published by Fisk LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company. By using the app you agree to what follows.

What you get

Japan is free. Each other country is a one-time purchase of US$7.99 (or the equivalent in your currency, set by the store) and unlocks that guide permanently on the Apple or Google account you bought it with. Use Restore Purchases to recover it on another device or after reinstalling. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.

Accuracy

The guides are compiled with care but are not verified entry by entry, and places close, move, and change their opening hours. Nothing here is a booking, a reservation, or a guarantee that somewhere is open, safe, or suitable for you. Check before you travel.

Michelin stars and similar honours are read from the current published guide at the time a country is built. They can change at any time afterwards.

Photographs

Images are used under Creative Commons and public-domain licences and are credited in full inside the app, under About → Photo credits. The photographers are not affiliated with this app and do not endorse it. The licence for each image is named beside it; several require that derivative works carry the same licence.

What belongs to us

The written entries, the rankings, and the selection and arrangement of the lists belong to Fisk LLC. You are welcome to use them for your own travel. You are not welcome to republish them.

Liability

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fisk LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple and Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue a refund directly, but if something is wrong, write to us and we will help you sort it out.
